The majority of my products are made to order, therefore please allow 5 business days after cleared payment for your items to ship.
I package all orders with the utmost care and ship via USPS. All shipping estimates include handling time. Shipping times may increase during high volume periods such as the holiday season.

Fees:
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs.
Customs/Import Fees:
I declare the full value of the shipment on international customs forms. Please be aware of your country’s import laws and understand that as the buyer you are responsible for all taxes and duties that your package may incur.
Refunds & Exchanges:
If there is a problem with your order please let me know within 3 business days of receiving your package. I am happy to discuss returns and issue you a refund or exchange. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Sorry, no returns or exchanges on custom or personalized work.
Items must be returned within 10 business days and in saleable condition in order for your exchange or refund to be processed.
